Murau - Prebersee - Murau

From the starting point of the WM-Halle/Hallenbad Murau we drive west to the first double traffic circle. There we turn right at the first exit in the direction of Ranten. One follows the Rantenradweg R63 to the power plant. Turn left here, past the execution site (gallows) over the Kulmhammer. There you turn left again in the direction of Tratten, where you follow the Rantenradweg R63 to Ranten. From Ranten you follow the main road via Seebach, Unteretrach to Krakauschatten. From here the tour continues via Brandstatt, Moos along the Preber state road to the Prebersee. Once there, you can enjoy the atmosphere at the Prebersee during a stop for refreshments.

From the Prebersee, the route now heads downhill via Hinterwöltingberg to Haiden. At the crossroads Haiden you turn right in the direction of Tamsweg. You cycle through the market of Tamsweg and follow the markings R2, Murradweg in the direction of Murau. Along the Mur you cycle from Tamsweg via Madling, Ramingstein, Kendlbruck further to Predlitz, Stadl an der Mur, St. Ruprecht/Murau, St. Georgen/Murau and back to the starting point of Murau.
